Mission Statement:
Fifth Avenue Medical is proud to provide home medical equipment and respiratory therapy services to meet the diverse needs of patients. Our
equipment and products include mobility aids ranging from pediatric to adult
sizes. We
offer bathroom equipment, assistive devices, wound care, urologicals and
ostomy supplies.
We serve patients in nursing facilities or at home, and we are happy
to assist walk-in customers. Fifth
Avenue Medical complements our comprehensive product line with a
full-service respiratory therapy department.
